Terms and Conditions
1. The use of the facilities, including the activity area, implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. The center may only be used freely by individuals aged 13 and over, except for trained former students, with instructor approval.
3. Children under 12 years old may only use the gym if they are enrolled in guided classes.
4. The minimum age to participate in guided classes is 8 years old.
5. Athletes must not be ill or have medical restrictions that advise against the use of In Extremis Club.
6. For safety reasons, pregnant women, individuals wearing any type of cast, or those with visible health or physical conditions may not use the equipment at the center.
7. In Extremis Club may request a valid identification document whenever necessary.
8. Wearing necklaces, earrings, metal bracelets, and other clothing accessories containing metal that could cause harm to oneself or the facility’s equipment is prohibited in the gym.
9. In Extremis Club reserves the right of admission and may request the removal of any individual from the premises if they pose a danger to themselves or others, or display inappropriate behavior within the facilities, including towards In Extremis Club staff.
10. Access to the facilities is not permitted for individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or those engaging in inappropriate or illegal behavior.
11. Only one person is allowed on a trampoline at a time.
12. Ticket purchases are subject to prior reservation and availability.
13. Services may only be used according to the conditions of the reservation made. The person making the reservation is responsible for compliance with these terms.
14. Tickets, reservations, and passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or returned.
15. Tickets and reservations are only valid for the date specified and become void if tampered with. The same applies to passes.
16. If you purchase a ticket on behalf of another person or group, both/all parties agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
17. Tickets, reservations, or passes only grant access to the gym and do not include any other services or products, such as food, beverages, photography, or video recording services, unless they are purchased separately.
18. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the In Extremis Club training area.
19. Unpackaged food products, once selected, handed over, and opened, are considered purchased; exchanges or returns are not permitted.
20. For promotional and security purposes, customers authorize the photographing and recording of their images, as well as those of their children and other minors under their responsibility.
21. Entry to the facilities is only allowed after the user has been properly identified and expressly authorized by In Extremis Club staff.
22. Athletes must strictly comply with all signs and instructions provided within the space and by In Extremis Club staff and must stop the activity when required.
23. Athletes are fully responsible for any damage they cause to third parties, themselves, or the facilities during their activity.
24. The use of In Extremis Club’s facilities and equipment may pose health risks, physical injuries (including serious injury or permanent disability), or even life-threatening situations (including death) due to improper use, despite In Extremis Club taking all necessary measures to minimize such risks.
25. The client and/or athlete acknowledges these risks and releases In Extremis Club, its staff, directors, and agents from any liability for damages occurring during activities at the center. They assume full responsibility for any incidents and waive any legal actions or claims that may be provided by law.
26. In Extremis Club may incur medical and emergency assistance expenses for any athlete, which must be reimbursed by the athlete.
27. In Extremis Club is not responsible for damages, losses, stolen items, or the disappearance of customers' belongings within the facilities.
28. Animals are not allowed on the premises, except for assistance dogs.
29. Smoking is not permitted inside the center or within a 100-meter radius.
30. The use of shoes is permitted in the parkour and climbing areas, except on trampolines, the gymnastic floor, air track, and other activities designated by In Extremis Club instructors.
31. Once the reserved time has been reached, no changes can be made.
32. All reservations, ticket purchases, and pass acquisitions require full payment at the time of purchase.
33. Access to the gym is permitted only until the maximum capacity per hour is reached.
34. In Extremis Club has an online purchase policy, which can be read at inextremisclub.com.
35. In Extremis Club has a privacy policy, which can be read at inextremisclub.com.
36. The invalidity or unenforceability of any of the aforementioned terms and conditions does not exclude the application of the remaining provisions.
37. The user authorizes In Extremis Club to capture and use images in which they may appear during activities for informational and promotional purposes on the gym's website.
